SHOWERS & TUBS
Prefabricated shower wall systems
Install manufactured shower wall panels sized and detailed for the selected base. Smooth, stone-look, and molded tile-pattern systems have different seams, trim, adhesive, and substrate requirements.
Measure the existing base and wall height. Record drain location and threshold. Final product dimensions and waterproofing compatibility need verification.
Typical scope to confirm
Verify panel dimensions, base compatibility, and receiving-wall condition
Cut and fit specified panels around controls and openings
Install the manufacturer-required joints, trims, and sealants

SCOPE-SPECIFIC PRICING
Your scope sets the price.
Wall-panel-only installation or replacement, with base and plumbing scope stated separately. A numeric range is withheld until the scope and relevant costs are known.
A planning reference for this service only. Selections, local labor, access, quantities and existing conditions need Coastal’s review. Do not add overlapping whole-project and component ranges.
Confirm the written scope and responsibility for each item.
Allow for these separately
Shower base or valve replacement unless listed
Covering unresolved moisture damage
Scope beyond the written proposal
KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT
From first idea to finished work.
Plan the scope
Confirm panel dimensions, wall preparation and manufacturer joint details.
Prepare and approve
Confirm plumbing, substrate condition and product availability before removal.
Complete the work
Install the approved drain/base, waterproofing and walls in the system sequence.
Review and close out

PERMIT PLANNING
Check the scope and jurisdiction
New or altered electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems need permit review. Edmond lists limited minor-repair exceptions; OKC directs permitted trade work through licensed, registered contractors.
New circuits, relocated fixtures or altered piping
New or altered heating, cooling, gas or exhaust systems
Changes beyond the local minor-repair exemption
ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Engineering is not usually needed
Engineering is not usually part of this finish-only scope. Stop for review if hidden damage, structural changes or unusual support loads are found.
New structural work or damaged framing
Unverified heavy-load support
Confirm requirements with the city or county responsible for the property before work begins. The address, exact scope and adopted code determine the final requirements.
Select a factory pattern and coordinate seams and trim.
Wall system: Prefabricated panels
Custom product, finish code, or request: Molded tile-pattern panels. Finish direction: White subway pattern. Select a factory pattern and coordinate seams and trim.
